It's a mortar* my friend!! Makes a nice "PIIIINNNNGGG" noise when it fires too. My first time seeing one of these is when they showed one firing on live Russian propaganda TV(can't remember what city it was close to….maybe Kherson early on?) and literally minutes after making the live propaganda….Ukrainian artillery obliterated it lmao

Russia is already starting to use ancient Soviet technology that was made in the 1940s-1960s. And they were considered to call themselves the "Second Army of the World"… This tulpan will be an excellent target for the military of Ukraine
It's called turpan, in finnish turpaan means punch in the face, or actually just in the face but you use it like that "haluatko turpaan?" = "Do you want to get knocked out?", Pretty good name for it but I wish the russians gives it as charity to ukraine soon so they can "vetää venäläiset turpaan"= "knock out the russians"
